A second meeting as a follow-up session is offered to further discuss and elucidate with the patient the plan and the various options suggested. Short and long term goals will be set up including the strategies to achieve the goals

• Body Composition Analysis (BIA) test duration 60minutes. This test can be also offered without the nutritional consultation as an informative exam regarding the patient’s body composition and cellular health and activity (wellness marker and phase angle values are indicated)
Includes:
•  A brief assessment of the patient lifestyle (key questions will be asked the customer that will help to further understand and interpret the BIA data)
• Interpretation and discussion regarding the pateint’s BIA data will be offered following the test.
• A copy of the BIA test including the examiner comments will be provided

Once the patient chose to undertake a nutritional programme it is recommended to repeat the BIA test after 4 weeks minimum to 6 weeks maximum (depending on the case) in order to assess progress and eventually modify the plan. It is a part of monitoring procedures that helps to provide highly customized approach and achieve optimal results
